Gazprombank lowered the rate under the mortgage refinancing program

From April 26, as part of the campaign, Gazprombank reduced the rate under the refinancing program mortgage loans taken from other banks. Until that moment, it was 10.5 percent, now borrowers are refinanced at 9.5 percent per annum.

Possible loan amount a> - from 100 thousand to 45 million rubles, credit term - from 1 year to 30 years. The program applies to secondary housing, new buildings and apartments. Applications under the campaign are accepted until June 30, 2019 inclusive.
