In Novosibirsk, there is an increase in
mortgage loans by
purchases three-room and multi-room apartments. At the same time, the share of one-room apartments and studios is decreasing.
Two-room apartments continue to lead in terms of the number of transactions. Every second
mortgage loan in 2019 was issued on
buying a "kopeck piece". Compared to 2018, their share has decreased by only 0.1 percentage points and amounts to 44.9.
At the same time, the share of more spacious and expensive apartments is growing. The maximum growth was demonstrated by
three-room apartments, whose share increased by 5.4 points over the year and reached 14.7 percent. Share of
mortgage loans on
purchase of multi-room apartments< /a> increased by 0.1 to 5 percent.
Buying one-room apartments and studios, on the contrary, has become less frequent. Their share decreased to 22 (-3) and 13.4 (-2.5) percent, respectively.
With such a change in market trends, the residents of Novosibirsk naturally began to take more expensive
mortgage loans on < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/kvartira/">buying an apartment. On average, the amount of mortgage increased over the year by 12.8 percent from 1.923 to 2.169 million rubles.
