New buildings in Novosibirsk fell a little over the winter

From November 2019 to February 2020 new buildings in Novosibirsk, as well as in many other Russian cities, a little cheaper. The national average cost of new buildings decreased by 2.4 percent: from 4,133,036 to 4,035,426 rubles.

Analysts studied the dynamics of prices for new buildings on the example of 75 large Russian cities. According to the results of the study, the average cost of a one-room apartment decreased by 0.6 percent and now stands at 3,136,043 rubles, a two-room apartment - by 1.2 percent to 4,792,755 rubles.

The biggest price drop on new buildings< /a> for the winter was recorded in Cherepovets - 7.4 percent. Next comes Sterlitamak, where the price fell by 6.1 percent. However, in a number of Russian cities new buildings increased in price. For example, in Nizhnevartovsk for three months the price increased by 22.6 percent, in Volzhsky - 15.7, in Astrakhan -15.4, in Surgut -15.1.
