Analysts studied the dynamics of prices for new buildings on the example of 75 large Russian cities. According to the results of the study, the average cost of a one-room apartment decreased by 0.6 percent and now stands at 3,136,043 rubles, a two-room apartment - by 1.2 percent to 4,792,755 rubles.
The biggest price drop on
new buildings< /a> for the winter was recorded in Cherepovets - 7.4 percent. Next comes Sterlitamak, where the price fell by 6.1 percent.
