The Office of Rosreestr for the Novosibirsk Region summed up the results of work for the first quarter of 2019. An analysis of statistical indicators indicates the highest activity of applicants in February - the share of registered equity participation agreements amounted to almost 41 percent of the total number of agreements registered during the quarter.
Since the beginning of the year, the Department has registered 7 thousand equity participation agreements, which is 25 percent more than in the first quarter of last year - 5.6 thousand, and 49 percent more than in the first three months of 2017 - 4 .7 thousand.
In March, the Department registered 2,425 contracts, which is 22 percent more than the number of registered contracts in March 2018 - 1,984 and 12 percent more than in March 2017 - 2,171 contract.< br>
