Sberbank will raise rates on
mortgage by 0.4 percentage points from May 7.
According to a bank representative, the increase the rate by 0.4 percentage points concerns
mortgages for new buildings and finished housing. The rate on
mortgage with state support will remain at 5.75 percent. The increase is associated with an increase in the key rate of the Central Bank.
The bank also clarified that for customers who have already received approval for an application for
mortgages< /a> at the previously valid rate, the rate remains the same and is fixed for the entire approval period - 90 days after the positive decision of the bank.<
