In August, VTB issued 29,000
mortgage loans for a total of 76 billion rubles. This is 40 percent more than in August last year.
From January to August, VTB issued 214,000 loans for
purchase of an apartment< /a>. The total amount of mortgages issued amounted to 541 billion rubles, which is a third more than in the first eight months of last year.
Medium the size of
mortgage loan increased by 8 percent compared to last year, amounting to about 4.5 million rubles in the capitals, and in the regions - about 2 million rubles. Key regions in terms of issued < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/ipoteka/">mortgages became Moscow and the Moscow region (27.3 billion rubles), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (5.8 billion rubles) , Tatarstan (3 billion rubles), Novosibirsk region (2.6 billion rubles) and Sverdlovsk region (2.1 billion rubles).
In early August, VTB improved conditions for
mortgage programs up to 7.4 percent. As a result, the number of applications from customers increased by 30 percent compared to the July average. This was also the reason for the increase in the share of refinancing transactions in VTB from 13 to 30 percent. Another growth driver for

Mortgage with state support” at a rate of 6.5 percent. In August, the bank conducted more than 28,000 preferential
