According to the results of the first quarter of 2019, in the primary market of St. Petersburg, the average prices for economy-class apartments increased by 3.4 percent. At the same time, the average cost per square meter in the premium segment remained at the same level.
By the end of the first quarter of 2019, the average offer price in the mass segment was 111,600 rubles per square meter. Compared to December last year, the price increased by 3.7 thousand rubles in absolute terms.
In the high-budget segment, prices remain in the range of 290-335 thousand rubles per sq. m. m depending on the region.
