new building, 26 percent want
an apartment in a house with history. For 30 percent of those surveyed, the type of property does not matter much. At the same time, representatives of generation Y choose mainly
buying their own apartment as an investment more than in other regions (27 percent). They are more than others tired of rented housing (18 percent).
