Sberbank notes a sharp increase in the number of online applications for
mortgage loans on
buying an apartment.
In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, about half of all applications of Sberbank clients for obtaining
mortgage loan for
purchase of an apartment is submitted through the DomClick service. According to the bank, over the past few days, this figure has increased across the country by 20 percent and now stands at 53 percent. At the same time, in the Moscow region, 69 percent of applications for
mortgage were submitted remotely.< br>
At the same time, as Sberbank notes, DomClick electronic services are used not only for conducting
mortgage transactions, but also in transactions for
purchase of an apartment without
mortgages< /a>. The number of transactions where a client completed purchase of an apartment remotely has doubled over the past week. For every ten
mortgage transactions in the Sberbank office, there are now two real estate transactions without
mortgages with electronic registration.
< br> In March, the use of the electronic registration service jumped from 47 percent to 82, while the share of transactions in which the secure payment service was used in non-cash form was 97 percent. Already in the first week of April, all transactions were carried out using electronic registration services.
