According to the RIA Novosti study, the Novosibirsk Region ranks 11th in Russia in terms of popularity of
mortgages.
Quantity < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/ipoteka/">mortgage loans per 1000 economically active population of the region over the past year amounted to 24.8. Relative to the first half of last year, this indicator decreased by 0.6 percent. The average size of
mortgages in the Novosibirsk Region is 2.0 million rubles.
More active than other Russians for loans by
buying an apartment appeals to the population of the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs and the Tyumen Region. In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, on average, about 32 people out of a thousand annually
buy an apartment on a mortgage. This is 1.7 times more than the national average.
Over the past two years, there has been a large increase in
mortgages. Last year, a record number of
mortgage agreements was concluded, the historical maximum in the total volume of
mortgages. This year, the popularity of
mortgages continues to be at a high level. On average, more than 18 loans per thousand people of the economically active population are issued per year.
