In April, about 90 thousand
mortgage loans were issued in Russia on

According to DOM.RF, over the three and a half weeks of the state program implementation, banks approved more than 31,000 applications for
purchase of an apartment for 740 billion rubles.
According to the company's forecasts, the reduction of
mortgage rates in 2020 to the target of the national project "Housing and urban Wednesday” – 8 percent or less, will ensure the issuance of about 1 million
mortgage loans on
purchase of an apartment for a total of 2.5 trillion rubles. and entered into 6,800 loan agreements with clients for the amount of 17.3 billion rubles. Before the expiration of the program, that is, until November 1 of this year, in general, it is planned to issue about 250 thousand loans for
purchase of an apartment for 740 billion rubles.
