CMP realty signed a cooperation agreement with New Nordic Group

The Siberian company with the international name CMP realty, which is part of the GZHA.rf group of companies, and the New Nordic Group have entered into a cooperation agreement.

The companies will cooperate in attracting and supporting foreign investment projects in Thailand.

• Guaranteed profitability is 9% per year and is given, at the choice of the investor, for a period of 3 to 20 years.
• Apartments can be bought in ownership (freehold) or taken on a long-term lease (leasehold).
• In the case of leasing, the developer, upon expiration of the contract on guaranteed return, buys an apartment from the investor at the purchase price and in the currency in which the purchase was made.
• The buyer can take advantage of interest-free installments during the construction of the project. Guaranteed yield will be paid after 100% payment.
• If the buyer pays the full cost of the apartments before the end of construction, he receives a bonus (cashback) of 10% per year for the entire period between payment and putting the apart-hotel into operation.< br> • Yield payments and repurchases are made both in local currency and, at the option of the investor, in US dollars or Euros (only for leasehold).
• Payments are made to the investor's account in any country (only for leasehold).
• The company assists in opening a bank account in Dubai, on which the investor can receive income.
