A new luxury hotel Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach will open in Phuket in the near future. The hotel is expected to welcome its first guests in early 2023.
The hotel will be located close to Mai Khao Beach. The building will have 222 rooms of different classes: from Superior Rooms with an area of 35 square meters to double suites with an area of 132 square meters. 20 rooms will have private pools, while some rooms on the ground floor will have direct access to a 491 square meter communal pool. The hotel will also include a fitness center, several restaurants and bars, and a kids' club to keep guests entertained.
Recently, Thailand's new Minister of Tourism and Sports, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that Phuket should become a year-round resort with no pronounced seasonality. The Thai Ministry of Tourism intends to support the tourism industry in Phuket.
