A third of
apartments in new buildings in Moscow are bought by residents of other regions. Such data is provided by companies operating mainly in the "business" and "premium" segments.
According to experts, in 2019, 23 percent of
apartments in new buildings in the capital were purchased by clients from the regions. Last year, this figure reached 43 percent. This year, the share of buyers from the regions has fallen to 34 percent.
