In Moscow, from January to November of this year, 114 thousand
mortgage loans were registered on
buying an apartment. This is 25 percent more than in the same period last year.
"Over 114 thousand
mortgages have already been registered by the capital's Rosreestr for 11 months - this exceeds the results of previous years by no means only for the reporting period, but also for the whole year. So, for 12 months of 2020, the number of registrations amounted to 104,000, and in 2019, about 90,000 completed transactions," RIA Novosti was told in the press service of the Moscow Department of Rosreestr.
In November 2021, the department registered 11.1 thousand
mortgages, which is almost 4 percent more than a month earlier. It should be noted that compared to November 2020, this indicator decreased by 3 percent.
