new buildings jumped in the third quarter by 3, 8 percent, since the beginning of the year - by 9.3. The average cost per square meter in the primary market of Novosibirsk is 76,299 rubles.
Of the 70 studied cities with a population of more than 300 thousand people, prices in the primary market increased in 64 cities, in five - decreased, and in one - remained the same.
The average price per square meter of new buildings in all cities amounted to 64.8 thousand rubles, having risen by 9.3 percent since the beginning of the year, the average price of an apartment - 3.71 million rubles (+10 percent). The cost of a square meter in all Russian cities increased by 3.1 percent over the quarter, the cost of an apartment - by 3.3.
