The government will lower the mortgage rate for large families

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the country's government to introduce amendments to the legislation related to subsidizing mortgage rates for large families to the level of 6%. This was reported on the official website of the Kremlin. It is noted that the changes must occur before July 15. “The Government of the Russian Federation should ensure that amendments are made to the legislation of the Russian Federation that provide for subsidizing up to 6% per annum interest rate on mortgage (housing) loans (loans),” the text of the document says. As specified, we are talking about mortgage loans issued by credit institutions in Russia, as well as by the Dom.RF joint-stock company for the construction or purchase of housing by families in which a fourth and subsequent child has appeared. The changes also include loans already received by such families.
