The rate on loans for
purchase of an apartment in Russia fell to 7.59 percent in November. This is the minimum figure since June 2021, RIA Novosti reports.
The average rate on
mortgage in Russia decreased in November for the third consecutive month. Compared to October, it fell by 0.11 percent.
Meanwhile, the average term
mortgages in Russia rose to a record 254.2 months - a little over 21 years.
It is worth noting that
mortgage issuance has decreased. Number of
mortgage loans issued per month< /a> decreased by 2.7 percent - up to 157.5 thousand. At the same time, the volume of mortgages increased by 1.9 percent to 510.1 billion rubles.
Portfolio of
mortgage loans grew to a record 11.44 trillion rubles in November. In October it was 11.42 trillion.
