purchase of new buildings worth up to 6 million rubles (now 3 million), and in Moscow and St. Petersburg - up to 12 million (now 8 million).
"Now it is necessary to expand the possibilities for choosing comfortable modern housing," the President noted.
This program
mortgages with state support was launched on behalf of the President and started working at the end of April 2020. You can get a loan at a reduced rate of 6.5 percent until November 1, the rate is valid for the entire term of the loan - up to 30 years.
According to experts, the increase in lending limits on preferential
mortgage will close up to 85 percent of transactions in Moscow and the Moscow region and will affect 95 percent of
new buildings throughout Russia. In addition, this measure should increase the number of affordable housing for families with two or more children.
