According to the Dubai Lands Department, from January to May of this year,
apartments were purchased in Dubai for a total of 9.3 billion dollars. This is 33 percent more than in the first five months of 2018.
The amount of transactions with residential and commercial apartments reached 4.6 billion, with land - 3.8 billion, with villas - 816.8 million.
Sales of residential real estate under construction in Dubai also jumped by 50 percent.
