The issuance of
mortgages in Moscow in the first ten months of 2021 increased by 29 percent year on year. According to Rosreestr, from January to October, 103,000
mortgage agreements were registered in the capital.
"In January-October, Rosreestr recorded a new absolute record - over 103 thousand contracts. At the moment, this is the most impressive ten-month result for the entire time of statistical observations - for the entire last year we issued 104 thousand
mortgage deals", the Rosreestr said in a statement.
In October this year, the department registered 10, 7 thousand credits for
buying an apartment. This is almost 10 percent more than the previous month, but 12 percent less than last October.
