Since October 1, Sberbank has raised rates on
mortgage loans under its main programs.
Minimum rate on
mortgages for young families on housing in the secondary market increased from 7.7 to 8.1 percent, and the base rate for other borrowers on secondary housing increased from 8.1 to 8.5 percent per annum. The cost of
mortgage for the purchase of an apartment in a new building increased by 0.4 percentage points, up to 8.4 percent per annum.
mortgage refinancing rate increased from 7.9 to 8.2 percent. For programs
