Sberbank announced a reduction in the rate on
mortgages for military personnel by 0.4 percentage points. You can apply for
military mortgage at a rate of 8.4% per annum from May 18, 2020.

secondary market, residential building with land or town house. The maximum amount of
mortgage loan for
purchase of an apartment< /a> increased from 2,629,000 to 2,788,000 rubles.
Previously, Sberbank has already reduced rates on the main mortgage programs. The decrease amounted to 0.8 percentage points when registering transactions in electronic form. Now
you can buy an apartment in a new building at a rate of 5.9 percent per annum, in the secondary market - from 7.8 percent per annum.
