Sberbank has simplified the registration of
mortgages using the new Digital Profile tool. The service allows clients, when applying for a loan for
purchase of an apartment, to reduce the time for providing documents in paper form by uploading their data from the public services portal.
"Integration of "Digital Profile" into the projects of Sberbank, created as part of a joint project of the Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Central Bank of Russia, will make it possible to take a new step towards the development of remote services for citizens, which is especially important today" , - said acting. At first, the Digital Profile service will be available to users of DomClick, Sberbank's online search platform and
sales of housing.
In April, about 90 thousand
mortgage loans were issued in Russia on < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/ipoteka/">purchase of an apartment for a total of 208 billion rubles. This is 17 percent less than in April last year in quantitative terms and 13 percent less in monetary terms.
To avoid a greater decline in mortgage lending succeeded thanks to timely and effective measures of state support for citizens and the industry. In particular, this was done by subsidizing mortgage rates up to 6.5 percent.
