At the end of November, Sberbank reduced rates for the main product line: by 0.3 percentage points on
purchase of finished housing and by 0.4 percentage points on
buying an apartment in a house under construction in most regions. In six constituent entities of Russia, the rate fell by 0.6 percentage points: Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region, Tatarstan and the Novosibirsk region.
