400 foreign investors have already received a permanent residence permit in the United Arab Emirates. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, Director General of the Directorate-General for Foreigners' Residence (GDFRA) in Dubai, stated this.
By the end of 2019, it is planned to issue another 6,400 "golden visas". The total investment of the first investors should amount to 27 billion dollars.
