Novosibirsk has become a leader in terms of the growth rate of the average cost of
residential real estate in the secondary market. According to the results of 2018, the capital of Siberia ranks second in Russia in this indicator.
The study was conducted by experts from the analytical center of the SRG group of companies. They studied the dynamics of the average cost per square meter
secondary housing in all million-plus cities. Kazan ranks first with 12.7 percent growth over the year, Novosibirsk is second with 8.6, Ufa is third (7.3).
Price per square meter
housing in Moscow in 2018 increased by 4.3 percent, in St. Petersburg the growth was 6.7 percent.
In addition, over the past year, the number of
sales of apartments in houses built in 2017-2018 has significantly increased. However, according to analysts of the SRG group of companies, one should not expect a repetition of last year's records in 2019. The growth in sales was largely due to the increase in
