Novosibirsk residents do not lose interest in new buildings
According to the data of the Office of Rosreestr for the Novosibirsk Region, Novosibirsk residents do not lose interest in buying an apartment in a new building. In October 2019, the Department registered 1,911 equity participation agreements in construction.
In the first 10 months of this year, 23.8 thousand equity participation agreements in construction were registered. This is 2 percent more than in the same period last year - 23.3 thousand contracts. At the same time, compared with the indicators of the first 10 months of 2017, the number of registered equity participation agreements increased by 16 percent.
The total number of registered rights of participants in shared construction and the rights of developers in 2019 amounted to 24.3 thousand,
