In Vladivostok, almost 10 thousand families annually with
buying an apartment will be able to use
mortgage at 5 percent. This was announced by the head of the Ministry for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Alexander Kozlov in an interview in the official journal of the Eastern Economic Forum.

Mortgage 5 percent - only in the Far East. We expect that annually 9,800 families will be able to use this assistance. But we go even further - we have developed a mechanism that will allow the Far East
get a mortgage at 2 percent. It is assumed that the first users of the "Far Eastern mortgage" will be participants in the Far Eastern Hectare program, who took land for individual housing construction, and young families in which the age of one of the spouses has not reached 35 years. The maximum loan amount will be 5 million rubles," RIA Novosti reports.
The Fifth Eastern Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok from 4 to 6 September.
