Russian mortgage market shows growth in May. The number of loans issued for

purchase of an apartment, issuing every second

As of May 29, VTB Bank concluded over 7.7 thousand
mortgage deals for 22.4 billion rubles . Another 15 thousand applications for 46 billion rubles are currently being considered. The leaders in terms of the number of completed transactions are the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and regions, Krasnodar Territory, Novosibirsk and Rostov regions.
